Repair of elastomer Dual-Mass Flywheels
We repair Dual-Mass Flywheels which have two metal masses and elastomer insert between them. If your DMFs' elastomer has been torn and DMF splitted into two parts then you can send us your DMF to us and we will replace the elastomer. Your DMF will work as new and at a much lower price.
The price of repair is only 30 EUR + VAT (21%) + your shipping costs sending the part to us and backwards.
Two years warranty is applicable for our repaired Dual-Mass Flywheels.

Standard fittable polyurethane bushings
Remake of rubber bushings into polyurethane ones
(with outer metal shell)
We remake your old rubber bushings into polyurethane bushings. We remove all old rubber but still use old outer shells and central axis. The bushings to be remade should have outer shells in good condition (not too rusted or damaged). You can also send us new or unused rubber bushings which service life is unfavorable and we will remake them into polyurethane ones.

Citroen XM old broken strut mounts renewed with polyurethane. Original shape and hardness retained. Improved inside construction now preventing from splitting strut mount into two parts in case of elastomer failure. Corrosion resistant coating applied. We can renew strut mounts even with corrosion hardly damaged lower plate and also remake drivers side to passengers side and vice versa. Two years warranty is applicable for our renewed strut mount!
